Rebecca Newman, Esq.

Rebecca (Becky) Newman serves as an Of Counsel Attorney at FPLG, and is a member of the firm's nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and charitable giving practice groups.

Ms. Newman has experience serving both nonprofit and philanthropic organizations, most recently as a senior program officer at The Rose Hills Foundation in Pasadena, CA. Prior to that, she practiced California and federal labor and employment law at a private firm, and was an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps attorney at the nation's largest pro bono law firm, Public Counsel. She also volunteered as vice president and board member of her local neighborhood council in Los Angeles, CA.

Outside of work, Ms. Newman enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga, and reading new fiction novels. She is conversational in Spanish.
