For example, our exempt organizations transactional practice group works closely with our civil litigation practice group, providing a depth of expertise into the unique statutory and tax issues facing our clients. Our team includes attorneys that hold not only Juris Doctorate degrees, but also Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Nonprofit Leadership & Management. This depth of expertise ensures that our clients receive focused guidance they can rely upon.
