Anna Marx serves as an Of Counsel attorney at FPLG, and she advises both nonprofit organizations and social enterprises on corporate matters including entity formation, contract negotiation, governance, and compliance. She also advises businesses and social enterprises with regard to financing.

For ten years, Ms. Marx worked in nonprofits both within and outside the United States. She applies her familiarity with nonprofit management and organization to provide particularized and practical guidance to her clients. She counsels clients on complex transactions including licensing, leasing, and distribution arrangements as well as on matters related to intellectual property, real estate, employment, cybersecurity and data privacy.

Ms. Marx loves spending time outside with her family, exploring cities, and adventuring abroad.
