Lindsey Wagner, Esq., serves as an Of Counsel Attorney to FPLG, bringing a solid foundation in both litigation and transactional matters to the firm.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Wagner pursued degrees in Political Science and Journalism at Miami University before earning her Juris Doctor from Stetson University, where she concentrated on International Law. Her academic journey also took her abroad, where she studied in both Spain and the United Kingdom.

Following law school, Lindsey worked as an associate at an insurance litigation firm before becoming a Partner at Scott Wagner and Associates, P.A., where she served clients in Florida, California, and Ohio. Her work involved handling various employment-related matters, from litigation to arbitration, with a particular focus on Equal Employment Opportunity issues and wage disputes.

Ms. Wagner is also actively involved in legal community service, holding positions such as Executive Council member for the Florida Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section, and Employee Co-Chair for Membership Outreach with the American Bar Association.

Ms. Wagner splits her time between California, Florida, and Ohio, where she enjoys hiking, photography, and cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers in her free time, alongside spending quality time with her family.
