Charles A. Borek, Esq., MA, MBA, CPA

Charles (Chuck) Borek serves as Senior Counsel at FPLG, is a member of the firm's nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations and charitable giving practice groups, and leads FPLG's Maryland offices.

After earning his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Baltimore, where he also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, Mr. Borek has honed a specific expertise in the representation of his purpose driven clients.

Mr. Borek currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at American University, after serving on the faculty of the University of Baltimore School of Law, and he has lectured at Penn State University, the National Constitution Center, and the American Law Institute. Mr. Borek serves as a resource for Thomson-Reuters, Bloomberg BNA, and the AICPA, and he has written a treatise on contract drafting, which is currently in its third edition.

As a life-long learner, Mr. Borek is currently working towards earning his Doctorate in Public Theology and Creative Writing.
