“At the end, it's not about what you have or even what you've accomplished. It's about who you've lifted up, who you've made better. It's about what you've given back" -Denzel Washington
Jennifer Holland
Jennifer Holland serves as Client Solutions & Culture Coordinator at For Purpose Law Group, a role that puts her at both ends of the FPLG experience. She's often the first person a prospective client talks to, walking them through how to work with the firm, and she checks back in with current clients along the way to see how things are going. On the culture side, she plays that same role for the people inside the firm, helping make sure connection, well-being, and purpose stay part of the daily rhythm at FPLG, not just the mission statement.
That instinct for care isn't new. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology and built her early career in Health and Human Services, work that included supporting emotionally disturbed youth and serving as a nursing home's Director of Social Services. Years spent helping people heal, grow, and feel heard show up now in how she walks a nervous new client through their first steps, and in how she checks in on a colleague who has had a hard week.
For the last seven years, Jennifer has also worked as a mural artist, channeling that same creative energy into large-scale works of color, movement, and meaning. At FPLG, she brings that same instinct for building something meaningful to the physical and cultural spaces the team works in every day, and to the very first conversation a new client has with the firm.
Outside of work, Jennifer is all about family, creativity, and joy. She loves spending time with her husband and two teen daughters, cooking up something new in the kitchen, and looking after her three dogs.
