Parisa Nodehi is an Associate at For Purpose Law Group, where she advises nonprofit organizations and mission-driven entities on governance, compliance, and operational matters. She brings a strong background in contract law, regulatory compliance, and organizational strategy, helping clients navigate complex legal requirements with clarity and confidence.

Parisa has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as developing policies and procedures that strengthen organizational effectiveness and mitigate risk. Her work spans nonprofit, corporate, and government contexts, giving her a well-rounded perspective on compliance and cross-functional operations.

Prior to joining FPLG, Parisa served as Director of Legal Compliance and Special Projects at a community foundation, where she advised senior leadership on legal and regulatory matters, supported board governance, and managed large-scale grant compliance and operational initiatives. She also previously worked in-house and in project management roles, partnering closely with legal, compliance, and business teams on complex, high-impact projects.

Parisa earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, with certificates in Civil Law and International Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of San Diego. She is admitted to practice in New York.
