At For Purpose Law Group, Erin Blalock brings a rare blend of heart, grit, and legal know-how to her role as Senior Legal Services Manager. Guided by a deep commitment to community and a drive for excellence, Erin works closely with our attorneys and clients to ensure every experience with FPLG is marked by expertise, compassion, and care.

Erin’s professional journey reflects her belief that real impact starts with service. After more than a decade leading programs at the YMCA of the Shoals, she followed her passion for justice into the legal world—earning her J.D. from Birmingham School of Law and later an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama.

Before joining FPLG, Erin made her mark in Alabama’s courtrooms, serving indigent clients across multiple counties with empathy and fierce dedication. Today, she combines that courtroom tenacity with strategic leadership at FPLG, helping mission-driven organizations thrive.

When she's not making magic happen for clients, you’ll find Erin embracing life’s biggest joys: family time with her three children and beloved son-in-law, spoiling her grandchildren, running with her Great Dane, Maggie, or catching the sunrise on an early morning jog.
