Jamie Brown Salazar, MA
Jamie Brown Salazar serves as FPLG’s Director of Culture and Wellness, working out of the firm's San Diego office. Jamie has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with broad experiences ranging from managing after school programs all the way to directing county-wide sports programs for people with intellectual disabilities. Her love for leadership prompted her to earn her Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego in 2010.
After having her son in 2014, Jamie made the decision to work from home, where she’d be able to care for him and continue her career. She has since worked for Women Give San Diego, as their administrative coordinator, and has recently built her own coaching business, where she helps fellow mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, move from overwhelm to intentional living.
Jamie’s passion for helping others realize their greatest potential lends itself well at FPLG, where she has the opportunity to lead the firm’s team building and community engagement efforts, assisting the firm in operating in harmony with our core values.
Jamie lives with her husband and her two sons in Coronado. Her family loves hiking around Cabrillo National Park, spending time at the beach, playing music, and making huge family meals. She loves reading, listening to podcasts, and is in the process of writing her first book.
