Brittney Gross
Brittney Gross is leading the curriculum design and educational strategy for the Nonprofit Counsel Leadership Accelerator, a national learning platform currently in development through a partnership between Nonprofit Counsel, For Purpose Law Group and For Purpose Accounting. As the project’s instructional designer, Brittney plays a central role in shaping the Accelerator’s structure, voice, and learner experience—translating complex nonprofit and leadership concepts into clear, actionable, and engaging educational content.
With a Master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology and a professional background in adult education, Brittney brings deep expertise in curriculum development, learning systems, and instructional design. She collaborates closely with attorneys, nonprofit professionals, and subject matter experts to create course modules and downloadable resources that will empower leaders seeking to start, manage, and grow compliant, mission-driven organizations.
Her work is laying the foundation for a powerful new training platform designed to serve the next generation of nonprofit leaders—delivering clarity, strategy, and confidence at every stage of their leadership journey.
When she’s not developing curriculum, Brittney is raising two teenage boys, staying active through sports, and tackling hands-on home improvement projects with curiosity and creativity.
