Property Tax Exemption

When a nonprofit organization holds real property in California, many times the property taxes assessed against that property can be abated. FPLG can assist qualified nonprofit organizations first obtain their Organizational Clearance Certificate from the California State Board of Equalization. Once received, FPLG can facilitate gaining property tax exemption with your county assessor.
