Matthew Learned Promoted to Partner

San Diego, California: For Purpose Law Group (FPLG) has announced the promotion of Matthew Learned to the position of Partner at the firm. In this new capacity, Learned will be responsible for both chairing and growing the firm’s litigation practice group, as well as continuing his work advising the firm’s clients in ongoing governance matters.
Since first joining FPLG in 2020, Learned first served as a Senior Associate before quickly rising to the role of Senior Counsel. Specifically, he handles the representation of the Firm’s nonprofit and business clients including the litigation of board disputes, member disputes, breach of contract and other civil matters.
